To ensure the safety of fad diets and educate the public about potential long-term risks, more extensive and prolonged randomized controlled trials are necessary.

Yes! In my opinion diet is a lifestyle and in exercising you have to stay committed or you will lose everything you worked so hard for. I have more discipline with food than I do working out.😒
